Terms of Service

BeBored ("the service", "we", "us") is a social media analytics dashboard operated by NRL Automations (contact: niek@nrlautomations.com). By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

BeBored lets you view analytics for the Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts you connect, and read and reply to your own direct messages. The dashboard is private and shown only to you, the account owner. Billing, where applicable, is handled separately outside the dashboard.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for your own accounts and data, or accounts you are authorised to manage. You will not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the terms of any connected platform. Your login is personal and you are responsible for keeping it secure.

Connected platforms

When you connect an account you authorise us, through official OAuth, to read data on your behalf. Your use of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube through BeBored is also subject to the terms and policies of Meta and Google. You can disconnect any platform at any time from Settings.

BeBored uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features of the service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and how we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your data

How we process your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: data is used only to display your analytics in your private dashboard, is stored securely in the EU, is never sold, and is deleted on request or when you disconnect (see our Data Deletion instructions).

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or that the analytics are error-free. Figures are sourced from the platforms' own APIs and may differ from what those platforms display natively. To the extent permitted by law, NRL Automations is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or the policies of a connected platform.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Questions? Email niek@nrlautomations.com.
